Dr. Sean Shepard has over 25 years of experience. His father was a Physician and his mother a Physical Therapist, so it’s no surprise he was destined to continue in their footsteps. He first started as a Physical Therapy Assistant back in 1994 where his fascination with the medical field and passion to help people grew driving him to further his education where he received his Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy and his Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy, both from the University of St. Augustine.
Sean’s expertise broadened as he practiced therapy throughout the State of Georgia from big cities to small towns and in various settings such as outpatient clinics, home health care and as Director of outpatient therapy services in a hospital, but in 2014 he was drawn back to Alma, where he grew up and calls home.

Debbie is a transplant from Florida, but for those with a keen ear you’ll hear she’s not from the south at all. Stop in to say hi and see if you can figure out her home state. She worked 25 years at the University of Florida for roughly 20 research faculty, handling millions of dollars in research funding. Always up for an adventure, she left UF to partner with her husband to open their own clinic. She is the voice on the phone, the first person you’ll see when you come in and the last person you’ll see when you check out. Her responsibilities include receptionist, scheduler, office clerk, insurance verifier and biller, and clinical administrative support.
